AAFCPAs Adds Depth of Business Valuation Expertise with New Practice Leader
AAFCPAs is pleased to announce the addition of David E. Consigli, Jr., CPA, ABV as Director of Business Valuations. Dave brings over 27 years of business valuation, forensic accounting, litigation consulting, transaction advisory, succession planning, and tax planning experience to AAFCPAs’ diverse clients. He will lead AAFCPAs’ Business Valuation Practice, specializing in performing valuations of closely-held businesses, business and ownership interests, and intangible assets. Dave will be based in AAFCPAs’ Boston office on the 16th Floor of 160 Federal Street in the Financial District.
Dave’s skills and expertise are highly sought-after by business buyers, sellers and lenders for the purpose of mergers & acquisitions, shareholder buyouts and disputes, buy/sell agreements, life insurance, marital dissolutions, and succession planning. His understanding of the nuances of determining the economic value of a business is critical for our clients’ well-informed decision making and financial success. Dave provides clients with a greater understanding of the company’s value over time, and helps navigate through the complexities of corporate lifecycle events and transactions.
