AAFCPAs’ Carla McCall Receives Harry C. Bentley Alumni Achievement Award
It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that we announce AAFCPAs’ co-managing partner Carla McCall has been honored as the recipient of the inaugural Harry C. Bentley Alumni Achievement Award. This prestigious honor goes to Bentley graduates, chosen by the Global Alumni Board, who embody the founder Harry Bentley’s commitment to excellence on behalf of their profession, community and alma mater.
Carla McCall is recognized often in Boston’s business community, most recently as the recipient of the 2016 ATHENA Leadership Award.
Carla was nominated co-managing partner of AAFCPAs in 2010, the 6th largest regional CPA firm in New England, and her dynamic executive leadership is setting the standard for entrepreneurial-minded organizations. In addition, she commits a great deal of her personal time to mentoring young professionals and serving nonprofits so that both may benefit from her knowledge and experience in order to thrive. She is an active Bentley alumnus, serving as a member of the Bentley Executive Club, as a former mentor in the Center for Women and Business, and a dedicated Sigma Iota Sigma alumna.
“Carla’s confidence, combined with her enthusiasm to affect & embrace change is contagious, and it makes a positive impact on everyone she works with,” said co-managing partner Dave McManus. “She is a strong example of a leader that does, and will continue to do great things.”
“I am proud to be an alumnus of Bentley, and honored to be recognized by this great community,” said McCall. “I have great pride in my alma mater. The university continues to graduate entrepreneurial-minded professionals, and some of the most technically proficient accountants in the workforce, which is why AAFCPAs regularly hires Bentley alumni and students.”
Carla was honored on campus at the Centennial Finale Celebration in June 2017.
