Chapter 257 Salary Report Due by January 15, 2021

Updated 10.21.20: The Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) has extended the deadline for the Chapter 257 Salary Report for FY 2019 – FY 2021. Please note that the Salary Report submission date is now January 15, 2021 to coincide with the submission of the FY2020 UFRs.

This report is required by Chapter 257 which provides that social service program providers report salary information to EOHHS in the following categories:

Direct Care;
Direct Care III;
Front Line;
Medical;
Nursing;
Clinical; and
Management.

How to file

The Chapter 257 Salary Report (and instructions on how to complete the report) may be found here: Ch. 257 Salary Reporting. Please note that the Salary Report must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on January 15, 2021 to EOHHSPOSPolicy@nullmass.gov.

Who must file the report?

If you are unsure if you should file the report, open: Ch. 257 Salary Reporting, choose the sheet titled “FY21 Salary Report,” and see if your organization’s name appears in the dropdown in column A.
