Marybeth Foster is a Consulting Controller with extensive finance and accounting experience within domestic and international nonprofits. As a key member of a nonprofit finance function, Marybeth manages support staff and ensures that transactional accounting is properly allocated and delivered to the client in a timely and accurate manner. She also consults on right-sizing people, process, and systems in the finance function to ensure clients are efficient and effective at addressing evolving organizational needs. Ashleigh Marks, CPA is a Consulting Controller with a strong background in finance and accounting, including hands-on experience in the finance function of a leading eCommerce analytics company and in the assurance/audit division of a national CPA firm. Her focus at AAFCPAs is on providing accounting and consulting solutions for emerging, growth-stage, and mature technology companies. In addition to managing support staff in the execution of transactional accounting, she consults on new standards implementation, disclosures, complex accounting transactions, business integrations, IPO readiness, investor relations, and more. Pamela Seymour, CPA is a Consulting Controller with extensive experiences providing financial and operational solutions to diverse nonprofits. Prior to joining AAFCPAs, she gained experience leading nonprofit finance functions, as an entrepreneur leading a private accounting and consulting practice, and as an audit manager in a global public accounting firm. She has an appreciation for the unique challenges nonprofits face in addressing evolving organizational needs. In some cases, Pamela steps in as a supplement for annual or one-off projects.
