AAFCPAs Named a 2026 ‘Best Place to Work’ by Boston Business Journal

Boston, MA (October 9, 2023)—AAFCPAs, a preeminent 300+ employee CPA and consulting firm specializing in tax, assurance, accounting, wealth management, business process and IT advisory solutions, is pleased to announce that Courtney McFarland, CPA, MSA, 340B ACE, Partner has been selected as recipient of the 15th Annual MassCPAs Women to Watch Award in the Experienced Leader category. She will be recognized and will participate in a panel discussion as one of seven recipients at the MassCPAs’ Women’s Leadership Summit on October 26 at the Westin Hotel in Waltham, Massachusetts.
Courtney was nominated on behalf of AAFCPAs’ Women’s Opportunity Network Executive Committee, praised for her commitment to advising clients in the firm’s healthcare niche. She was commended for mentoring young professionals, for giving back to the nonprofit community, and for her exceptional communication and active listening skills. Courtney joined AAFCPAs in 2004 and was promoted to Partner in 2019.
