Kim Beauchamp Promoted to Partner

AAFCPAs is thrilled to announce the promotion of Kim Beauchamp, CPA, Chief Operating Officer to Partner effective April 1, 2024. Kim has made a substantial impact on the firm in the short two years that she has been with AAFCPAs including the assumption of the managing partner’s responsibilities for operational oversight. Kim has driven improvements in operational strategy and resource management, led change management efforts, and directed workflow efficiency and automation plans in a manner that prioritizes the needs of people, culture, and a growth mindset.

Since joining AAFCPAs in December 2021, Kim has provided tremendous leadership, decision making, strategic guidance, and vision. She is tech savvy, embraces change, balances firm risk in decision making, and is an outstanding communicator—all traits of a strong leader. She has built trust, gained influence, and has had a significant impact on AAFCPAs technology advancement and data, helping us tilt the needle to base KPIs more on output versus input.
