Promotions Announced at AAFCPAs
Boston, MA (April 8, 2024)—AAFCPAs, a preeminent 325+ employee CPA and consulting firm specializing in tax, assurance, accounting, wealth management, business process and IT advisory solutions, is pleased to announce recent promotions to director, manager, and experienced professional.
New Directors and Managers
Amy Staunton, CPA. Now Director & Consulting CFO in AAFCPAs’ Outsourced Accounting & Fractional CFO (OAFC) Practice, Amy provides executive financial support and counsel to nonprofits, foundations, and grant-making organizations. She understands the nuances of the nonprofit space, assisting with resource constraints and compliance requirements while partnering with CEOs to bring a forward-looking and proactive stance to managing cash flow forecasting and budgeting, accounting standards implementation, and cost containment strategies. Fun fact: Amy recently rediscovered reading and can’t believe she took a break from it while her kids were young. In addition to cheering loudly for her three very active teenagers, she also always ends up becoming the treasurer for almost all of their sports teams. She doesn’t know how this keeps happening.

Anthony Dello Stritto
Anthony (Tony) Dello Stritto, CPA, MST. Now Director in AAFCPAs’ tax practice, Tony provides proactive international, federal, and state tax compliance and advisory services to multi-state and multi-national businesses representing a broad range of industries. He provides expertise in tax provision preparation for both public and private companies along with the evolving landscape in U.S. state and local tax (SALT) and inbound and outbound international cross-border reporting. Fun fact: Both sides of Tony’s family are from Italy, and one of the traditions he carries forward is wine making. They go through the process every few years, yielding around 200-300 bottles of wine from 15 to 20 crates of grapes. It’s a craft he hopes to teach his son one day.
Anastasiya Lasme. Now Manager in AAFCPAs’ OAFC practice, Anastasiya records, monitors, and organizes financial transactions for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. She helps clients anticipate and implement new accounting standards, comply with regulations, prepare for audits, optimize cash flow, and ensure effective internal controls. Fun fact: Anastasiya is currently pursuing her MBA through Nichols College and then her CPA credential.

Erica Lage
Erica Lage. Now Manager in AAFCPAs’ audit practice, Erica provides financial statement audits and consulting support to charter schools, charter management organizations, private educational institutions, and related nonprofit organizations. She brings expertise in GASB and DESE standards, guiding clients through record keeping requirements, related party disclosures, reporting, board governance, procurement, teachers’ retirement systems, and surplus calculations. She, her husband, and their two dogs Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm recently relocated to the Tampa Bay area. In her spare time, Erica enjoys unleashing her creativity with her Cricut machine.
Christian Petruzzelli, MSA, CPA. Now Tax Manager in AAFCPAs’ Tax Compliance & Advisory Practice, Christian advises businesses entering the U.S. on federal, state, and local tax and regulatory guidance. He also counsels U.S. businesses with operations abroad on ways to optimize business entity structures for tax efficiency, navigate tax treaty intricacies, and implement transfer pricing strategies. For U.S. residents and non-resident individuals, Christian simplifies complexities related to reporting of foreign financial assets and foreign bank accounts, foreign tax credit and earned income exclusion rules, tax treaties, and filing requirements. Committed to lifelong learning, he is currently pursuing U.S. international tax certification from the AICPA. In his free time, Christian loves soccer, is part of the Massachusetts State Referee Committee, and roots for Inter Milan FC. He also enjoys the mountains, skiing in the winter, and hiking year-round.

Brendon C. Robidoux
Brendon Robidoux, MSA. Now Consulting CFO in AAFCPAs’ Outsourced Accounting & Fractional CFO Practice, Brendon provides accounting and finance solutions to commercial businesses including cannabis operators, construction contractors, and emerging technology and SAAS companies. He collaborates with client leadership together with his team of consulting CFOs and controllers to staff accountants, working to understand their challenges along with opportunities to implement strategies that ensure financial health and success. Whether working with clients’ in-house resources or AAFCPAs’ outsourced team, Brendon helps ensure that financial records are accurate and taxes are paid properly and on time. Fun fact: In his free time, Brendon enjoys surfing!
