Ovelman began his career in cannabis in 2010 as a Cultivation Operations Manager in Denver, Colorado and has since held senior leadership roles in some of the most successful cannabis operations in the U.S. His expertise spans the entire seed-to-sale process, including cultivation, manufacturing, and retail. He bridges the gap between finance, growers, data teams, and shareholders, ensuring everyone understands and works from the same data to create a clear and effective plan.
