John brings both technical expertise and strong leadership to his role at AAFCPAs. He leads financial statement audits for nonprofits, including charter schools, federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), and research organizations, ensuring they meet compliance requirements under Uniform Guidance/Single Audit, DESE regulations, and U.S. GAAP. His ability to simplify complex regulations and provide clear guidance helps clients make informed financial decisions.
John plays a pivotal role in AAFCPAs’ E3 Intern Accelerator Program, where he helps develop the next generation of accounting professionals. This innovative program is designed to broaden opportunities for second-year community college students by providing paid, hands-on work experience across multiple service areas, professional mentorship, and a clear college-to-career pathway.
John’s dedication to mentorship and his contributions to the E3 Intern Accelerator program reflect both his commitment to client service and his passion for shaping a more inclusive and dynamic future for the profession.
