Jonathan Bloom, CFP®, AIF®, Partner & Wealth Advisor
Jonathan, a wealth advisor with AAF Wealth Management, was promoted in January 2024 and is praised for his growth-oriented, risk-aware, and client-centric approach. Jonathan has a genuine interest in his clients’ affairs and becomes their lifelong financial partner, taking the time to build clear financial plans based on their individual circumstances, challenges, and vision. Partnering with high-net-worth individuals and families, he manages and orchestrates complex financial holdings that combine estate, insurance, business, retirement, and succession planning. Jonathan is recognized for his exceptional communication, leadership, tax strategy, and judgment. He joined AAF Wealth Management in 2016.

Lauren M. Duplin
Lauren M. Duplin, CPA, Partner & Consulting CFO
Lauren, promoted in January, is a senior member of AAFCPAs’ Outsourced Accounting & Fractional CFO (OAFC) practice, where she specializes in advising nonprofits. She has been a Professional Advancement & Development (PAD) program career coach since 2011, helps with onboarding and training new team members, and was recipient of AAFCPAs’ peer-nominated Client Service Excellence Award in 2013, 2016, and 2019. Lauren also participated in AAFCPAs’ inaugural Innovation Lab Changemaker Challenge, demonstrating her commitment to remaining curious, engaged, creative, and always improving! Prior to joining OAFC, Lauren gained 12+ years of experience in audit. She joined the firm in 2009.
Nichole Reilly, CPA, MBA, Partner
Nichole, promoted in January, is a leader in AAFCPAs’ Education practice, where she specializes in advising charter schools, private schools, and other education-related nonprofits. TypeCoach certified, Nichole helps our teams grow their understanding of one another’s work styles while learning how to leverage each other’s strengths, build trust, and improve collaboration. She is a 2020 recipient of the Joel Aronson Character Award. Nichole joined AAFCPAs in 2010.

Justin Leroux, CPA, MPAc, Partner
Justin, also promoted in January, is a leader in AAFCPAs’ Community & Economic Development and Health & Human Services practices, providing exceptional expertise in the nonprofit, community development, affordable housing, and behavioral health sectors. Beyond this, he is a mentor, a career coach, and a former leader of the PAD Program. He also oversees trainings within the community development and affordable housing sectors. He was a recipient of AAFCPAs’ peer nominated Excellence in Client Service award in 2017 and Growth Mindset Award in 2022. Justin joined AAFCPAs in 2011.
Kim Marie Beauchamp, CPA, Partner & COO
Kim, promoted in April, is AAFCPAs’ Chief Operating Officer. Since joining the firm in 2021, Kim has made a substantial impact, including the assumption of the managing partner’s responsibilities for operational oversight. Kim drives improvements in operational strategy and resource management, leads change management efforts, and directs workflow efficiency and automation plans in a manner that prioritizes the needs of people, culture, and a growth mindset.

Olga Yasinnik, CPA, MBA, Partner
Olga, promoted to partner in July, is a leader in AAFCPAs’ Community Impact Human Services and Community Development practices and a go-to resource for nonprofits with vast federal grants and complex Uniform Guidance compliance requirements. She has a deep desire to help nonprofits thrive and developed a focus in consulting. She is also passionately dedicated to social impact, currently serving on the advisory council of MetroWest Development Collaborative, Inc. Olga is the 2023 recipient of AAFCPAs’ partner-nominated Joel Aronson Character Award in recognition of her dedication to our clients’ well-being and the generosity of her time towards others, including fellow team members and communities in need. She joined the firm in 2009.
