Patrick C. Coakley, MBA. Now a director in AAFCPAs’ Employee Benefit Plan Audit & Consulting practice, Pat provides specialized expertise in Department of Labor reporting and disclosure requirements under ERISA. He advises plan sponsors on compliance for 401(k), 403(b), defined benefit, and health and welfare plans, while also supervising audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. As a firm-wide training instructor, he mentors team members conducting ERISA audits, strengthening AAFCPAs’ expertise in this complex area. Pat has been serving AAFCPAs clients since 2011.
Sandy Keegan, MSA. Now a director in AAFCPAs’ Employee Benefit Plan Audit & Consulting practice, Sandy specializes in ERISA compliance, guiding plan sponsors through complex DOL reporting and disclosure requirements. She supervises audits, reviews Form 5500s for accuracy, and ensures plans operate in compliance with ERISA. Sandy holds the Advanced Defined Contribution Plans Audit badge from the AICPA, demonstrating her commitment to quality. As a firm-wide training instructor, she also mentors team members conducting ERISA audits. Sandy has been serving AAFCPAs clients since 2015.
Tyler Champagne, CPA, MSA. Now a director, Tyler is a leader in AAFCPAs’ Entrepreneurial Tax practice and a member of the firm’s specialized Business Transaction Advisory practice, where he advises with closely held middle-market clients on proactive strategic tax planning and buy- and sell-side transactions. He advises business owners and stockholders on ownership and management transitions, offering strategic planning and long-term tax solutions. Tyler joined AAFCPAs in 2019, bringing six years of prior public accounting experience.

Hector Elizondo-Lozano, CPA. Now a consulting controller in AAFCPAs’ Outsourced Accounting & Fractional CFO practice, Hector provides accounting infrastructure setup and cloud-based services for nonprofits. He oversees complex accounting deliverables, ensuring clients may focus on their mission without the burden of day-to-day financial operations. Starting his career at AAFCPAs in 2018 as part of the Assurance team, he has a deep understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management, enabling him to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial decision-making for his outsourced accounting clients. Based in Austin, Texas, Hector is fluent in English and Spanish.
Anastasiya Lasme, MBA. Now a consulting controller in AAFCPAs’ Outsourced Accounting & Fractional CFO practice, Anastasiya provides customized bookkeeping, accounting, and financial operations support for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Her clients include cannabis operators, SaaS providers, affordable housing developers, and professional services firms. She holds certifications in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com and is fluent in English and Russian.
Ana Rodriguez, MBA. Now a consulting controller in AAFCPAs’ Outsourced Accounting & Fractional CFO practice, Ana provides accounting infrastructure setup and cloud-based services for nonprofit and commercial clients including international organizations with complex intercompany subsidiaries. She helps clients streamline day-to-day financial operations by overseeing accounting services and managing key deadlines. Ana is an active member of AAFCPAs’ Professional Advancement & Development Program and a leader in the firm’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Council. She was honored with AAFCPAs’ 2023 peer-nominated DEIB Award and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Stephanie Ash, CPA. Now a manager, Steph plans and executes financial statement audits and reviews for sophisticated nonprofit organizations including community and economic development corporations and their affordable housing projects, human services agencies, and arts and cultural organizations. She is a member of AAFCPAs’ Leadership Academy Steering Committee, contributing to leadership development initiatives, and the firm’s Women’s Opportunity Network, supporting the retention and advancement of women. As an in-house trainer, she shares expertise on assurance best practices and financial statement preparation for community and economic development corporations. Steph is a 2024 recipient of the firm’s peer-nominated Growth Mindset award.

She supervises employee benefit plan audits and advises plan sponsors on compliance for 401(k), 403(b), defined benefit, and health and welfare plans. Sarah also mentors and coaches new professionals as they chart their career paths.
Kimoy Phillpotts, MBA. Now a manager in AAFCPAs’ Audit practice, Kimoy oversees financial statement audits for a range of sophisticated nonprofit organizations including charter schools and CMOs, human and social service providers, behavioral health agencies, Community Development Finance Institutions (CDFIs), and affordable housing developers. She contributes to firm initiatives as an internal trainer on Single Audit requirements and as a Professional Advancement and Development (PAD) Navigator, mentoring rising staff on career development, independence, organization, teamwork, and communication. Kimoy is the 2024 recipient of AAFCPAs’ peer-nominated Emerging Leader Award.
