AAFCPAs is pleased to welcome Lindsay Stevenson, CPA, CGMA as Partner, Strategy & Operations. In this role, Lindsay works closely with partners and team leaders on digital transformation and strengthening how strategic priorities are carried through in practice. She operates across service areas to support decisions related to operations, systems, and technology.
Rather than approaching initiatives in isolation, she brings together how priorities are set, how teams operate, and how decisions are made in this rapidly evolving world of work that requires intentional investment and training with new technologies. As our advisory team expands to support our clients’ evolution as well, Lindsay is poised to help us expand these solutions nationally.
Lindsay brings more than 20 years of experience working with executive leadership and boards across professional services and financial institutions. Her background includes leading enterprise strategy and transformation initiatives, with a focus on execution, operational scaling, and capability building that supports long-term performance. She is also the current Vice Chair of the AICPA and Association Board member.
Her addition reflects a continued investment in how the firm is continuing to lead in transformation and expanding solutions for clients in their transformation journeys. As a result, she will connect client priorities across practice areas, supporting a fully integrated view—where tax, assurance, advisory, and technology considerations are evaluated together in alignment with their broader organizational goals.
