Anthony Dello Stritto, CPA, MST
Tax Director
Anthony (Tony) provides proactive international, federal, and state tax planning, compliance, and business advisory services to multi-state and multi-national businesses in a variety of industries. His expertise includes tax provision preparation for both public and private companies.
Tony advises C corporation clients on available tax benefits to minimize or prevent double taxation, including benefits made available as part of new and emerging legislation. He counsels flow-through entities on taxation of partnerships and S corporations as well as composite filings/non-resident withholding. He assists clients in understanding how to account for income taxes (ASC 740) and how to manage their compliance obligations.
Tony has extensive experience advising AAFCPAs clients on the constantly evolving landscape of US state and local taxation (SALT), including: sourcing and nexus analysis, apportionment, and allocation of both tangible and service-based revenue streams. He is also a member of AAFCPAs international tax team advising multi-national clients on TCJA provisions for foreign operations. This includes the transition tax, global intangible low taxed income (GILTI), foreign derived intangible income (FDII), and base erosion anti-abuse tax (BEAT).
Tony is a leader in the Commercial Tax practice and a member of the firm’s Tax Training and Tax Human Resource Committees. He is dedicated to giving back to his community and the greater world. He serves as a hands-on volunteer for AAFCPAs’ Annual Day of Service and has helped to facilitate fundraising initiatives to benefit children and families with emotional, behavioral, and educational challenges.
