Brendon is a Fractional CFO in AAFCPAs’ Outsourced Accounting & Fractional CFO (OAFC) practice. He has extensive experience providing accounting & finance solutions to commercial businesses, including cannabis operators, construction contractors, and emerging technology and SAAS companies.

Brendon and his team, ranging from Consulting CFOs & Controllers to staff accountants, collaborate closely with client leadership to understand the unique challenges and opportunities each client faces and to implementing strategies that ensure financial health and success. Whether working with clients’ in-house resources or AAFCPAs’ Outsourced team, Brendon helps ensure that financial records are accurate, and taxes paid properly and on time. He oversees bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, audit readiness, and ensures compliance with laws and regulations.

With a keen focus on driving financial growth and ensuring stability, he specializes in strategically allocating resources to meet and exceed company objectives. His expertise lies in thoroughly analyzing clients’ financial performance to devise and implement effective growth strategies. He helps manage investments and makes critical recommendations or decisions regarding the acquisition and deployment of capital. His proficiency extends to budgeting, forecasting, and developing financing strategies, all aimed at fostering company growth and maximizing shareholder value.

Brendon works collaboratively with AAFCPAs’ multi-disciplinary team, as appropriate, to ensure the full depth of the firm’s resources are leveraged to meet clients’ evolving needs. This includes AAFCPAs’ Tax Compliance & Advisory practice. He joined AAFCPAs in 2015 in the Assurance division and has a solid foundation in best practices for financial statement presentation and internal control procedures.

Brendon is a mentor to new accounting professionals at AAFCPAs, helping them develop career management skills and obtain intentional career experiences.
