AAFCPAs Announces Promotions to Support Continued Growth
AAFCPAs (Boston, Wellesley, Waltham, & Westborough) is pleased to announce the following promotions:
Amy Quinn has been promoted to Talent Manager, Acquisition and Engagement. Amy is responsible for identifying and engaging experienced and entry-level CPA and consulting professionals who put in extra effort in everything they pursue. Amy is instrumental in ensuring that AAFCPAs remains home to some of the most highly skilled professionals in the nation.
Jackie Gaudet, MSHR has been promoted to Talent Manager, Rewards and Systems. Jackie oversees AAFCPAs’ group benefits programs and ensures team members have all the tools they need to optimize the benefits available to them. She continually investigates new benefits programs, improves existing programs, and supervises and monitors benefits administration. She is valued for her specialized expertise and ability to help AAFCPAs attract, retain, and motivate our talented employees.
Patrick Huegel has been promoted to Senior Marketing Manager. Patrick leads the firm’s digital marketing efforts and maintains a sophisticated marketing technology stack. He has spent 15 years in Public Accounting focused on creating meaningful touchpoints with CFOs, who are the primary buyers of Assurance, Tax, and Advisory services in the Boston/New England market.

Marykate Shafiq has been promoted to Tax Project Specialist. Marykate has successfully expanded her role in Tax Administration well beyond scheduling, having played a key role in introducing new IT solutions and process improvements that have added efficiency and ease to the AAFCPAs’ tax client experience.
Laurie Lockwood has been promoted to Senior Administrative Assistant. Laurie has demonstrated her value in introducing and training users on system and process improvements that add efficiency to creating client deliverables. She is a team player and truly emulates the firm’s cultural concept of “One Firm,” which ensures excellence in client service.
