Stacie A. Field, CPA, MBA has been promoted to Director, Tax. She creates strategic tax plans for closely held businesses and their owners in a variety of industries. Stacie is a leader in AAFCPAs’ Small & Emerging Business practice, blending her depth of experience in both commercial taxation and accounting processes to assist small business clients in managing all of the moving parts, growing complexities, and future considerations of a growing business. Stacie also provides support to clients in AAFCPAs’ boutique wealth advisory firm, AAFCPAs Wealth Management, to help ensure personal financial plans and investment strategies are tax-efficient. Scott Posnick, CMA has been promoted to Director & Consulting CFO in AAFCPAs’ Managed Accounting Solutions practice. Scott provides high-level, outsourced CFO oversight and strategic planning, including financial forecasts & analysis and advising on growth strategies, business transactions, tax optimization, and strengthening internal controls. Scott is a CMA® (Certified Management Accountant), and a strategic thinker, decision maker, risk manager, and steward of business ethics. Outside the office, in July 2021, Scott and his daughter Tracey will participate in their 5^th year fundraising as swimmers in the annual Save the Bay Swim, in Narragansett Bay, RI, which is recognized globally as an environmental treasure.
