AAFCPAs Welcomes Dawn Hagman as Chief Talent Management Officer

Boston, MA (April 10, 2023) – New England-based AAFCPAs, a preeminent 300-member CPA and consulting firm specialized in tax, assurance, accounting, wealth management, business process and IT advisory solutions, is pleased to announce the addition of Dawn Hagman as Chief Talent Management Officer.

Dawn brings nearly 25 years of Human Resource experience to the organization including leadership roles within public accounting. She specializes in developing and executing human resource strategies that align with the overall goals of the organization.

Beyond her proven track record in employee relations, staffing, recruitment, benefits management, and professional development, Dawn is committed to and well-versed in workplace advancements that support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), hybrid and remote work arrangements, and agile workforce planning. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and holds Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications.

In her role, Dawn will serve as a member of the leadership team, advise on organizational policy and employee well-being, and uphold AAFCPAs’ celebrated culture and social-minded mission.
