Victoria is responsible for planning and executing financial statement audits for nonprofit organizations, with a focus on youth services, education, community development, and social services. She has extensive experience working with organizations that support children, families, and underserved populations, including community development corporations and educational nonprofits.
Victoria leads audit teams for nonprofit organizations, conducting audits in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and nonprofit-specific requirements, including Uniform Guidance and Single Audit standards. She also handles audits with state filing requirements such as the Massachusetts Uniform Financial Statement (UFR).
Victoria develops individual audit plans and reviews client operating structures to identify areas of audit significance, particularly for organizations with multiple entities. She provides clear direction and oversight to junior auditors, coordinating across complex organizational structures and resolving audit issues as they arise, escalating to senior management when appropriate.
When not serving clients, Victoria is active and is outside with her dog, golfing, and socializing with friends and family.
