Ryan K. Wolff, MBA
Supervisor, Strategic Innovation & Data Analytics
Ryan is a member of AAFCPAs’ Business Process & IT Consulting Practice and a leader in the firm’s Automation Center of Excellence (CoE), an internal team that streamlines automation output, provides structure, and helps scale automation through the firm. He helps clients eliminate tedious, repetitive tasks and free up knowledge workers to spend time on higher value work like strategic planning.
Ryan evaluates, pilots, and institutes new technologies for the firm to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Pairing IT expertise with years of experience as a senior accountant within the audit function, Ryan is ideally suited to drive audit efficiency through technology and to use technical innovations to help transform accounting.
He volunteers as a navigator in AAFCPAs’ Professional Advancement & Development (PAD) program, a one-year in-house incubator designed to help advance early career professionals. He also trains new hires on IT systems. Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Assumption University. He is a 2023 recipient of AAFCPAs’ peer nominated Innovation Award, recognizing his ability to identify efficiency and automation opportunities proactively along with his leadership in process and workflow improvements.
