AAF Ranked Top Places to Work for 2014 by the Boston Globe
AAF is excited to announce that the firm has been recognized in Top Places to Work 2014 – The Boston Globe’s annual list of the top 125 workplaces in Massachusetts. AAF ranked number 18 for best workplace in the midsize company category (100 to 249 employees).

So how exactly did AAF become named a Top Place to Work? The Globe conducted a confidential survey of Commonwealth workers. Employees rated AAF positively on factors related to employee happiness, including company direction, execution, employee connection, work load and responsibility, management, pay and benefits.
