Amy Quinn
Talent Manager
As a senior member of AAFCPAs’ Talent Management department, Amy oversees the firm’s recruitment process, including creating recruitment strategies, sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and hiring for all levels. She is responsible for identifying and engaging experienced and entry-level CPA and consulting professionals who put in extra effort in everything they pursue.
Amy provides confidential guidance to experienced candidates seeking a progressive career opportunity, meaningful work, and a great culture. She provides candidates with a realistic preview of what the job is like—including what is difficult and challenging—and helps them evaluate if they may be a fit with our culture of “great minds | great hearts.”
Amy is a familiar face on college campuses and at accounting career fairs throughout New England. She is a firm resource for talented students, answering questions they may have about pursuing a career in public accounting and what makes AAFCPAs special.
