Accounting Manager
Eraldi is a member of AAFCPAs’ Outsourced Accounting & Fractional CFO practice, providing cloud-based outsourced accounting & finance services for privately-held companies. He serves diverse commercial businesses, including multi-state cannabis operators.
Eraldi provides cloud-based infrastructure set-up and process automation as well as knowledgeable financial leadership and accounting oversight. He creates systems and processes for analyzing and reporting financial information, ensures clients follow legal and regulatory requirements, and recommends improvements for business procedures. Eraldi assists leadership in preparing annual budgets, tracking financial data, and implementing new accounting standards, including Lease Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
Eraldi helps clients right-size their finance function by supervising junior accountants in the execution of transactional accounting activities. This includes oversight of accounts payable & cash disbursements, payroll processing, invoicing & tracking of accounts receivable, processing of credit card transactions, journal entry recording, general ledger account reconciliations & maintenance of subsidiary records, and monthly closing procedures. Eraldi has extensive experience overseeing inventory accounting for cannabis operators, including full absorption cost accounting and other cost accounting techniques, the application of code section 471, and ensuring the accounting stands up to IRS scrutiny.
Eraldi works collaboratively with AAFCPAs’ multi-disciplinary team, as appropriate, to ensure the full depth of the firm’s resources are leveraged to meet clients’ evolving needs. For example, he coordinates with AAFCPAs’ Tax Department and clients’ auditors, and keeps records organized and readily available for examination.
Eraldi is originally from Albania, and speaks Albanian, English, and Italian. He is an in-house trainer on diverse accounting topics.
