Garrett Kelleher, MBA

As CFO of AAFCPAs (Westborough, Boston, Waltham, MA), Garrett is responsible for leading the firm’s best-in-class finance function and executing a sound financial strategy.

Garrett is seasoned and well-rounded with hands-on experience in a wide array of cross-functional areas, including strategic financial planning, profit & loss (P&L) management, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, team leadership and management. He helps ensure AAFCPAs’ strategic business decisions are supported by sound financial data.

Garrett leverages his diverse experience and perspective to ensure his team and the firm have what it takes to achieve excellence. This includes recognizing the skills to develop or hire for, technologies to implement, and notable transformations to anticipate making sure AAFCPAs remains poised for profitable growth.

Garrett joins AAFCPAs from Experian Data Quality, a provider of SaaS and on-premises data quality management tools, where he served on the senior leadership team responsible for finance, operations, and business transformation. At EDQ, Garrett served as head of the Social Responsibility Committee, encouraging employees to give back through work-time volunteerism, donations, and support for nonprofits. Prior to his time at EDQ, Garrett gained experience in Senior Finance Manager roles in private industry and in the forensic accounting division of a global public accounting firm. He started his professional career at AAFCPAs (2000-2004), quickly advancing to the role of Senior Accountant in the firm’s assurance practice.

Garrett’s leadership approach includes strong communication and collaboration. He has a proven ability to excel in fast paced environments and is grounded in strong business and personal ethics.
