Accounting Manager
Joshua is a member of AAFCPAs’ Outsourced Accounting & Fractional CFO (OAFC) practice, where he provides accounting and financial operations support to commercial businesses including those in the cannabis industry. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, he helps clients maintain lean operations and organized financial records, monitor transactions, and ensure reporting completeness. By strengthening internal controls and facilitating timely expense approvals and invoice payments, he helps businesses improve cash flow stability and vendor relationships.
Joshua serves as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients have the financial clarity needed to make informed decisions. He oversees transactional accounting, ensuring deliverables are met on time while maintaining clear communication with both internal teams and client leadership. He also collaborates with CFOs, controllers, and business owners to assist with higher level strategic needs as well as tax readiness, audit preparedness, and financial compliance.
Joshua holds certifications in QuickBooks and Bill.com. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from Worcester State University and a Master of Science in Accounting from Clark University.
