Kaite Noll, CPA
Manager
Kaite is responsible for planning and executing financial statement audits for diverse nonprofit organizations, including community development corporations (CDCs), community lending institutions, affordable housing developers, and multiservice, human & social service providers.
She has extensive experience managing financial statement audits in accordance with Uniform Guidance/Single Audit and Government Auditing Standards, as well as program-specific audits of participants in select HUD Housing programs. She has experience in the preparation and filing of the Federal Form 990, the Federal Form 990-PF, as well as partnership and corporate income tax returns.
Kaite is a specialist in Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funding and the creator of our Real Estate Assessment Center Submission Team and our HUD Compliance Team, navigating the requirements of HUD entities and creating efficiencies in testing and streamlining these processes. She is an active member within the firm’s COVID-19 taskforce, researching the continuously changing guidelines related to the Employee Retention Tax Credit and helping clients with their calculations and other COVID-19 consulting. She is also a member of AAF’s Women’s Opportunity Network, and of the firm’s internal professional accountant development program, serving as a team trainer on audit efficiency. Kaite is an elected member of the international Delta Mu Delta honor society and earned a Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) with a focus on forensic accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
