Olga Yasinnik, CPA, MBA

Olga is a distinguished leader within AAFCPAs’ Community Impact Human Services and Community Development practices, renowned for her deep expertise in Uniform Guidance and state-specific compliance and filing requirements. Olga contributes significantly to the firm’s Nonprofit Accounting & Auditing Committee, she helps ensure AAFCPAs’ practices comply with the latest accounting regulations, advising clients on the impactful changes to their financial reporting and operations.
Olga helps develop specialized consulting services that empower nonprofit organizations to thrive, most recently earning the “Lease Queen” moniker for her leadership of the firm’s lease standard implementation task force.
Outside of her significant professional contributions, Olga is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace, actively participating in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives. She is recognized as a mentor and talent cultivator. Her commitment to sharing her knowledge and developing successors has fortified AAFCPAs’ capabilities and helped to develop a pipeline of emerging leaders.
Olga is the 2023 recipient of AAFCPAs’ partner-nominated Joel Aronson Character Award, recognizing her dedication to clients’ well-being and her generosity of time towards team members and communities in need. She is passionately dedicated to social impact, currently serving on the Board of MetroWest Development Collaborative, Inc. She is an alumna of the Simmons School of Management 2014-2015 Women’s Leadership Program. Olga speaks English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
