Pius Ukiri, MBA

Pius is a valued member of AAFCPAs’ Business Process & IT Consulting Practice, specializing in delivering business intelligence and productivity solutions with a focus on data analytics and robotic process automation (RPA).

He brings extensive expertise in data mining, integration, transformation, and optimization, including unifying disparate data sources into cohesive, reliable data systems. Leveraging advanced data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and Visual Studio, Pius develops intuitive dashboards and robust data models that empower decision making. Known for his analytical acumen and problem-solving capabilities, he uncovers trends, patterns, and relationships through quantitative analysis, providing actionable insights and innovative solutions.

Pius designs and implements RPA solutions that enable clients to automate repetitive tasks with greater speed and accuracy, particularly those crucial for generating on-demand, actionable data visualizations. He guides clients in identifying ideal RPA candidates, focusing on maximizing accuracy and driving ROI. With his extensive expertise in understanding system dependencies and maintaining seamless automation workflows, Pius ensures the longevity and efficiency of automation processes.

An advocate of agile project management, Pius helps clients navigate the complexities of data analytics and RPA projects, fostering continuous improvement and quick responses to emerging challenges. His approach streamlines the process of defining project requirements, resulting in higher quality deliverables, reduced risks, enhanced visibility into project performance, and greater control over project outcomes. He holds an MBA in Information Technology Management and a B.S. in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Western Governors University and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute (PMI).

Prior to joining AAFCPAs, Pius served as Lead Data Analyst at Space Bridge Analytics and as Data Engineer at Cynergies Solutions Group in Dallas Texas. He lives in Dallas and appreciates AAFCPAs’ Work from Anywhere model.
