Robin Kelley, CPA, CGMA, CITP, CSPM, CCSFP

Robin brings a wealth of experience to AAFCPAs’ clients in the areas of System & Organization Control (SOC) Reporting, Agreed-Upon Procedures, and special attestations.

Robin has specialized expertise performing quality control reviews of user entity SOC reports, including SOC 1 (SSAE 18), SOC 2, SOC 2+ and 3 attestation reporting. She has extensive experience developing SOC reports for service organizations and has a deep understanding of internal controls from a design, implementation, and testing perspective. This allows service organization clients to reassure users about their systems and controls.

As a key member of the firm’s Risk Committee, Robin is responsible for mitigating risks and vulnerabilities in infrastructure. Robin serves as AAFCPAs’ Compliance Officer and oversees the firm’s Quality Assurance & Performance Measurement Division, including the firm’s Peer Review process.

Robin joined AAFCPAs in 1980, developing specialized expertise in nonprofit assurance and tax. She remains a firm-wide resources on assessing independence. She has served clients in many other capacities over the years, including as an early leader of the firm’s Outsourced Accounting & Fractional CFO practice, where she provided strategic finance and accounting guidance, and leveraged state-of-the-art cloud-based solutions to support clients’ most critical business and operational processes. Robin embodies AAFCPAs’ commitment to serve as an advisor, rather than just a practitioner.

In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Robin is a Chartered Global Management Accountant, Certified Information Technology Professional, and certified in Strategic Performance Management.

When not serving clients with distinction, Robin enjoys competing with her dogs Tris and Hero in confirmation and performance events.
