Terri is a highly coveted finance professional and a senior member of AAFCPAs’ Outsourced Accounting & Fractional CFO practice. She provides high-level, outsourced CFO services designed to right-size the modern finance function, and efficiently address our clients’ most critical financial processes. She is well-versed in the issues and complexities facing complex multi-national companies, which makes her an invaluable source of financial guidance as an extended member of client management teams.

Terri assists start-ups and international companies expanding their operations into the US with accounting infrastructure set-up, on-going accounting services, and high-level CFO support. She assesses clients’ financial processes and technologies, provides creative solutions, and identifies opportunities to increase efficiencies and effectiveness. She has vast experience strengthening internal controls and recommending & migrating clients to the most appropriate cloud-based accounting/financial management system.

Terri is a tax strategist, advising companies and shareholders on challenges and opportunities stemming from cross-border expansion and complex tax provisions. Her expertise includes federal and state sales, payroll, and income tax filing & registration requirements, apportionment, tax treaties, transfer pricing methodologies, reporting of foreign financial assets & foreign bank accounts, and forecasting the impact of the ever-evolving IRS tax code. She ensures AAFCPAs’ Outsourced Accounting & Fractional CFO clients are in compliance with all relevant tax regulations, while preserving cash and maximizing shareholder value.

As a Consulting CFO, Terri provides high-level advice and counsel on areas critical to the success of AAFCPAs’ clients, including training and management of accounting staff; budgeting, forecasting and cash management; developing custom/comparative reporting for international parent entities; and understanding the impact of new accounting standards and tax laws.
