Vassilis has 20+ years’ proven experience providing business intelligence, productivity, information risk management, and cybersecurity solutions. He is a critical resource in keeping clients and the firm on the forefront of transformative technologies while mitigating risks that come along with these advancements.

Vassilis leads the delivery of Robotic Process Automation solutions at AAFCPAs. He understands the unique requirements to achieve RPA success, including proper design, planning, implementation, and governance. He works collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams, and leverages his deep understanding of enterprise information systems, business logic, and structured inputs to automate rote processes and increase operational efficiency. Vassilis is also the leader of AAFCPAs’ automation center of excellence (CoE), an internal team that streamlines automation output, provides structure, and helps scale automation through the firm.

Vassilis also leads the delivery of the firm’s Data Analytics & Data Visualization solutions, which often involves RPA to streamline data entry, integration, migration, and aggregation. Vassilis and team leverage specialized skills, state-of-the-art technologies, and proven methodologies to extract, inspect, cleanse, and model data to help clients discover meaningful information that supports better decision making.

In addition, Vassilis leads the delivery of the firm’s IT & Cybersecurity solutions, including Vulnerability Management as a Service (VMaaS). This includes vulnerability/penetration testing, phishing, configurations assessments, as well as advice on infrastructure operations, regulatory compliance, and IT General Controls (“ITGCs”). He provides peace of mind to those charged with risk management and alleviates the burden on your team of improving your security posture. This helps clients confidently move forward in their digital transformation initiatives.

When not helping clients transform, Vassilis likes to drive and watch motorsport racing, including F1 and endurance racing. He is a member of the Boston Chapter of the BMW Car Club of America and an Instructor for the Chapter’s High Performance Driving School & Advanced Driving Skills School for Newly Licensed Teens. Vassilis speaks English and Greek, and he travels back to Greece annually to visit family.
