SumNews (May 2024) – My involvement with MassCPAs and the AICPA has provided me with a trusted inner circle of peers, collaborators, mentors, and champions—and we have built really close relationships. It all started with my volunteerism at the MassCPAs on the MAP committee. It was on this committee that I learned about the power of collaboration. We put the profession first and stopped seeing ourselves as competitors. There is significant value when we share information with each other. I have only amplified our focus on collaboration since then, and it has had a positive impact on our firm’s growth.
