AAFCPAs’ John Buckley, CPA, CGMA has been invited to present on financial health when operating a strong charter school/network at NCSC24, the largest national gathering of educators, advocates, and leaders in the charter school community. This year’s conference will be held June 30 to July 3, 2024.
In his presentation, John will touch on the concept of healthy finances, what it looks like in action, and how it may vary depending on each stakeholder’s perspective, needs, and requirements. He will share practices that may lead to improved metrics and how they all tie together to help schools/networks become more successful. Attendees will learn proven practices and financial metrics from the perspective of an auditor, authorizer, board treasurer, CFO, and service provider.
