This year’s conference will be held June 30 to July 3, 2024.
In his presentation, John will touch on the concept of healthy finances, what it looks like in action, and how it may vary depending on each stakeholder’s perspective, needs, and requirements. He will share practices that may lead to improved metrics and how they all tie together to help schools/networks become more successful. Attendees will learn proven practices and financial metrics from the perspective of an auditor, authorizer, board treasurer, CFO, and service provider.
