Boston, MA (July 1, 2024) — AAFCPAs, a preeminent 350+ employee CPA and consulting firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Olga Yasinnik, CPA, MBA to Partner, effective July 1, 2024!
Olga is a leader in AAFCPAs’ Community Impact Human Services and Community Development practices and a go-to resource for nonprofits with vast federal grants and complex Uniform Guidance compliance requirements. She has a deep desire to help nonprofits thrive and has developed a focus in consulting. In fact, she recently gained the moniker as “Lease Queen” having led the firm’s lease standard implementation task force, responsible for analyzing the new accounting regulation to ensure our firm’s practices align with current standards and advising clients on how these changes affect their financial reporting and operations.
When not advising clients of the firm, Olga is recognized as a mentor and talent cultivator. Her commitment to sharing her knowledge and developing successors has fortified AAFCPAs’ capabilities and helped to develop a pipeline of emerging leaders. She is also passionately dedicated to social impact, currently serving on the board of MetroWest Development Collaborative, Inc.
“Olga’s great mind and great heart make her a welcomed and invaluable addition to our partnership team. Her promotion further strengthens our ability to provide exceptional service to our growing client base.”
