Boston, MA (January 29, 2025) — AAFCPAs, a U.S. top 100 CPA and consulting firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Stacie Amaral Field, CPA, MBA and Kelly Zack, MST to Tax Partners, both invaluable leaders and advisors in AAFCPAs commercial tax practice. Join us in congratulating Stacie and Kelly on their well-deserved promotions. This signifies years of effort and new opportunities ahead.
Stacie is a leader in AAFCPAs’ Entrepreneurial Tax & Advisory practice, assisting entrepreneurs and closely held businesses with comprehensive financial needs. She integrates business and personal tax planning to optimize tax efficiency while coordinating tax strategy with the owner’s long-term financial goals, routinely partnering with our AAF Wealth Management practice. She helps owners plan for exit and succession with minimal tax liabilities and manage overall wealth effectively. Stacie joined the AAFCPAs team in 2004. When not offering tax strategies, she spends time with her husband and daughter, taking her to dance and soccer and volunteering at her kindergarten class when possible. Fun fact: Stacie plays the violin.
Kelly is the leader of AAFCPA’s State & Local Tax practice, serving as a critical resource for clients operating in multiple states and municipalities. She provides expertise and compliance solutions for multistate corporate income tax, sales and use tax, personal property tax, marijuana retail tax, and gross receipts tax. She helps clients proactively perform tax nexus analysis, ensure multistate tax compliance, and perform thorough due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Kelly joined the AAFCPAs team in 2020. When not solving multistate tax challenges, she enjoys fitness, including yoga and outdoor activities, and spending time with friends, her kids, and family.
