As the school year kicks off, the Bloom household is buzzing with new routines. Juliette is now in 5th grade, Jolie in 1st, and Jeanne is teaching 2nd grade. That shift means I’m now walking the girls to school each morning—a simple joy that gives me meaningful time with them before the day begins. Juliette is thriving in Girl Scouts and recently served as an ambassador at the local farmers market, sharing composting tips. She is also mastering her new bike—a milestone that’s brought lots of smiles. Jolie just started Soccer and I’m excited to start coaching.

Outside of work and family time, I’ve been unwinding at the piano after bedtime, teaching myself modern hits (Teddy Swims is a current favorite).

While life at home is full of movement, I’m equally focused on helping clients navigate the shifting financial landscape. With recent changes in tax legislation, interest rates, and inflation, it’s more important than ever to revisit your financial plan. Big legislative updates can feel overwhelming, but they also open doors for strategic planning. We’re digging into the details of the latest tax bill to uncover opportunities that could benefit you. I’m joining a panel of AAFCPAs tax partners on a webinar October 23rd discussing tax reduction strategies and what taxpayers and investors need to know about the Big bill. Let me know if I may provide more details.

At AAF Wealth Management, our goal is to help you feel confident and informed—whether you’re planning for retirement, funding education, or building generational wealth. We’re also growing our firm to serve more families like yours and continuing to build something lasting for the future.

Life moves quickly—whether it’s back-to-school routines, weekend hobbies, or career milestones. These personal rhythms often shape the way we think about money, goals, and the future. That’s why we take the time to understand what matters most to our clients—not just financially, but personally. It’s how we build lasting relationships and tailor advice that truly fits.

If anything here reminds you of your own routines or reflections lately, I’d always enjoy hearing what’s been on your mind.
