The session, Speaking the Same Language: Finance Fundamentals for Legal Teams, is designed for in-house counsel who want a clearer understanding of essential business and finance concepts.

The discussion will cover financial statements, revenue recognition, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and capitalization tables.
