AAFCPAs Partners Bond with Wheelchair Build for Charity
Posted on
AAFCPAs’ 30 Partners built wheelchairs as part of a fun, meaningful, and impactful team event at a recent off-site Partner Summit. Partners used teamwork skills and iPad activities to earn the materials necessary to assemble, test and decorate these new wheelchairs for donation.
Wheelchairs were donated to AAFCPAs’ client WCI – Work, Community, Independence in Waltham, MA, and the Beaumont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Westborough, MA.
“The wheelchair build brought us together in a unique way to use different skills while providing for neighbors in need,” said Dave McManus, Co-Managing Partner of AAFCPAs. “We hope the individuals who must use the wheelchairs we built will feel our collective love, hope and positive energy.”
