Due to the current status of the Coronavirus and the potential for mail service delays & travel restrictions, AAFCPAs encourages clients to transfer tax documents electronically.
We offer the following 3 options for secure, electronic transfer:
TaxCaddy: TaxCaddy is a secure application that will allow you to easily collect, store, and transfer your tax documents. If you do not yet have access to TaxCaddy, please contact Marykate O’Toole at 774.512.4108 or motoole@nullaafcpa.com. You will then receive an email from: NoReply@nulltaxcaddy.com with the subject: AAFCPAs invited you to create a TaxCaddy account. MaryKate is also available upon request to provide assistance over the phone in using the tool.
Client Portal: Our valued clients are provided a secure, password-protected portal to transfer, store, and access financial documents from anywhere at any time. This portal provides the secure exchange of sensitive documents. If you do not have access to the portal, email your AAFCPAs Tax Partner to request access.
Secure Email: Many businesses, including AAFCPAs, have methods for sending secure emails.
We discourage mailing tax documents at this time. If the above options do not work for you, please consult with your AAFCPAs Tax Partner to discuss an alternative.
While we are working remotely for the most part, we encourage clients to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have. Please contact: David McManus, CPA, CGMA at 774.512.4014, dmcmanus@nullaafcpa.com; or your AAFCPAs Partner.
