Carol Bradley is an accounting and finance professional with 30+ years of experience, including demonstrated success in senior management roles in both public accounting and in the finance functions of public and private corporate environments.
Carol oversees the day-to-day transactional accounting for AAFCPAs, a 300+ person CPA and Consulting firm. This includes billing, reporting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. She also provides support working closely with cross-functional teams on annual budgeting and forecasting, along with thoughtful and insightful analysis of variances.
Carol has extensive experience supporting business mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, as well as debt and equity structures. She assists with accounting for business combinations and purchase price allocations, financial due diligence, working capital calculations, and ensuring business combinations include sound internal controls.
Carol remains focused on optimizing the firm’s finance function. She proactively recommends operational improvements to systems and processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability for the firm’s strong growth trajectory. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Worcester State University and earned a CPA license. She is committed to remain up to date on current industry procedures and changes by actively participating in internal and external continuing professional education.
