Jazmine Roberts, CPA is an Audit Manager at AAFCPAs, where she works with nonprofit and healthcare organizations, including FQHCs and providers across behavioral health and community-based care. She supports financial statement audits and related reporting requirements, bringing extensive experience in federally funded programs and Federal Audit Clearinghouse submissions. In her role, Jazmine leads audit engagements from planning through completion—overseeing fieldwork, managing timelines, and reviewing financial statements, disclosures, and required communications. This includes guidance with GAAS, government auditing standards, Uniform Guidance/Single Audit, and state-specific reporting requirements. She supervises engagement teams, monitors progress against work plans, and ensures quality and accuracy across deliverables. Jazmine works closely with clients to address questions as they arise, escalate issues when needed, and keep projects moving forward. She also contributes to the firm’s healthcare initiatives by staying current on industry developments and supporting thought leadership efforts.
Jazmine has worked in public accounting since 2015, building her experience across audit roles of increasing responsibility within regional and national firms. Her background includes work on nonprofit organizations, employee benefit plans, and a range of commercial industries, progressing from staff roles through senior and supervisory positions into audit management. Along the way, she led engagement teams, reviewed audit and financial reporting work, and managed projects against firm and client expectations—experience that supports her ability to run organized, well-executed engagements today.
She is based in Lewisport, Kentucky. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, home renovation and DIY projects, staying active at the gym, and spending time outdoors with her children and family dog. Her family has also welcomed a turtle named Swim Shady.
