His expertise helps these organizations maintain compliance, secure their funding, and operate transparently, ultimately enhancing their ability to fulfill their mission and serve their communities effectively.
Julius also assists in navigating the complexities of tax-exempt status issues with the IRS. By providing strategic guidance on compliance, reporting, and documentation requirements, he helps clients recognize risks and opportunities associated with executive compensation, lobbying, related party transactions, and public support.
