Kaite (she/her) is a Director in the Assurance Practice at AAFCPAs, where she provides strategic leadership for financial statement audits serving a diverse portfolio of sophisticated nonprofit organizations, including community development corporations (CDCs), affordable housing developers, and multiservice human and social service providers. She advises clients and engagement teams on complex technical matters, with deep expertise in Uniform Guidance/Single Audits, Government Auditing Standards, and HUD program‑specific audits.
In her role as Director, Kaite is recognized for driving innovation, developing talent, and strengthening firmwide capabilities. She co‑developed a Robotic Process Automation solution that significantly streamlined REAC submissions, enabling teams to operate more efficiently while delivering greater value to clients. Drawing on her academic concentration in forensic accounting and extensive hands‑on forensic experience, Kaite plays an integral role in AAFCPAs’ Fraud & Forensic Accounting Practice. She supports the firm’s expanding advisory services in fraud auditing, litigation support, cybersecurity, and valuation engagements. Actively pursuing the Certified Forensic Accountant® (CRFAC®) credential, Kaite continues to deepen the firm’s forensic and investigative expertise.
Kaite’s leadership and professional impact have been recognized with the 2025 MassCPAs Women to Watch Award in the Emerging Leader category, honoring her commitment to mentorship, inclusive workplace practices, and advancement of the profession. She is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness, suicide prevention, and LGBTQ+ youth, and championed the firm’s adoption of pronoun inclusion across eSignatures and communication platforms. Kaite serves on the Board of Directors for Hope for the Day, supports BAGLY, and remains actively engaged in community service initiatives.
