Oluchi is a consulting controller in AAFCPAs’ Outsourced Accounting & Fractional CFO (OAFC) practice, where she serves as a trusted advisor to nonprofit organizations. She partners with executive leadership teams to strengthen financial operations, enhance reporting processes, and provide the information needed to make informed strategic and operational decisions. Since 2009, Oluchi has built a diverse career spanning public-sector auditing, technical review, and accounting leadership roles. Along the way, she has developed a talent for translating technical accounting concepts into meaningful financial insight.
In her role, Oluchi oversees financial reporting and accounting operations for nonprofit clients, helping to ensure accurate, timely financial information for management and board decision-making. She supports budgeting and forecasting activities, strengthens internal controls, and helps clients establish financial processes that promote accountability and operational effectiveness. Oluchi also collaborates with executive leadership teams on audit readiness and other strategic financial initiatives, providing guidance that supports both day-to-day operations and long-term organizational goals.
She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from East Tennessee State University and a Master of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University. She graduated cum laude and was a member of Beta Alpha Psi, an international honors organization for accounting, finance, and information systems students. Outside of work, Oluchi enjoys spending time with her family and French Bulldog, exploring new places, and following the twists and turns of classic television crime dramas.
