Bankston. These professionals join the firm’s growing tax practice.

Marc Vojnich, CPA joins AAFCPAs as Director, Tax with extensive expertise advising clients on a full spectrum of business tax services, including planning, research, compliance, and general mergers and acquisitions activities. He specializes in advising privately held and private equity-backed operating partnerships, S-Corps, and C-corps on federal, state & local, and international taxation.
Prior to joining AAFCPAs, Marc gained over 20 years’ tax experience in national, regional, and local public accounting firms. He resides in New Jersey, and values AAFCPAs’ Work from Anywhere policy.

Lance A. Bankston joins AAFCPAs as Tax Manager, Advisory Services, and he provides clients with proactive advice on optimizing federal, state, and local tax credits and incentives. Lance keeps his finger on the pulse of new and emerging legislation, such as the Inflation Reduction Act and stimulus initiatives related to the pandemic (e.g., the Employee Retention Credit) to ensure clients don’t leave money on the table. He helps clients understand the tax implications of entering new jurisdictions or real estate investments.
Prior to joining AAFCPAs, Lance gained extensive tax consulting experience at national & regional public accounting firms. He resides in Cumming, Georgia, and also values AAFCPAs’ Work from Anywhere policy.
