Chris’s colleagues describe him as “the definition of high character and everything we look for in a professional.” His impact on clients is profound—“he has an amazing impact on our clients,” and peers note, “I receive countless accolades for his approach to client service.” Over the years, Chris has built a reputation for putting the firm, staff, and clients first. “He emulates so many of the amazing qualities that Joel Aronson instilled in me and so many others,” one colleague shared, underscoring his commitment to excellence and mentorship.
Chris prides himself on coaching younger staff, serving as both mentor and trainer, and “has a strong history of building solid relationships with so many of our team members.” His team-first attitude shines through: “He is always willing to step in and help out, whether it is a job he is assigned to or a job for which another person needs assistance.” Those who have coached him say, “watching him grow as a professional has been nothing short of amazing,” and they admire how “he continues to find ways to lift the bar on how to teach, train, and be a person that others look up to.”
Beyond his client responsibilities and role as a performance manager, Chris consistently volunteers for firm initiatives—“whether it be teaching training, being a DAS implementation champion, or involvement in the BITC automation projects, he is always willing to take on new challenges.” His colleagues agree: Chris embodies the qualities of a trusted leader, mentor, and collaborator, making a lasting impact on the firm and everyone who works with him.
